Meet Esther
Esther Watson, who recently retired from Aetna, brings years of experience from a career in insurance and managed care. Her knowledge and experience is extremely valuable as NC transitions its Medicaid program to a managed care environment, conducting readiness reviews and other evaluations for the shift to managed care and changing reimbursement approaches.
